At-home lab kit shipped to you
If your intake suggests TRT may be appropriate, we ship an at-home lab kit. The panel includes total & free testosterone, complete blood count (CBC), comprehensive metabolic panel, PSA, estradiol, and lipid panel. Collect your sample at your convenience and return it with the prepaid shipping label.
Licensed clinician reviews your labs & history
A licensed clinician licensed in your state reviews your lab results alongside your intake. They evaluate whether testosterone therapy is medically appropriate, identify any contraindications, and determine the right course of care.
Personalized treatment plan (if qualified)
If you qualify, your clinician builds a personalized treatment plan: medication, dosage, route of administration, and monitoring schedule. You review and approve before anything is prescribed.
Prescription dispensed & shipped to your door
Your prescription is sent to one of our licensed pharmacy partners — matched to your state of residence and the prescribed medication — and shipped discreetly to your door, typically within 48 hours of dispensing.
Ongoing care & follow-up
Follow-up labs at 6 weeks, 3 months, then quarterly. Your clinician adjusts the plan based on results. You also get unlimited secure messaging with the care team — no appointments needed for routine questions.
