Refund Policy.

Calibr Health is a monthly cash-pay subscription. You can cancel any time before your next billing cycle and you won't be charged again. This page explains exactly what is refundable, what is not, and how to request a refund.

1. Monthly Subscription

Your Calibr Health subscription renews automatically each month at $199. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle through your patient portal or by emailing support@calibr.health. Once cancelled, no further charges will be made and your access continues through the end of the paid period.

2. Unused Medication is Non-Refundable

Federal and state regulations governing dispensed pharmaceuticals prohibit pharmacies from accepting returns of medication once it has left the pharmacy. As a result, unused or partially-used medication is not eligible for refund, whether you cancel your subscription, change your mind, or stop treatment for any reason. This restriction is mandated by law, not by Calibr.

3. Initial Consultation Fee

If your subscription includes a one-time initial consultation, that fee is non-refundable once the consultation has been completed by a licensed clinician. The consultation is non-refundable regardless of whether the clinician determines TRT is clinically appropriate, because clinical labor is rendered regardless of the prescribing decision.

4. Lab Kit Fee

Lab kit costs are non-refundable once your lab kit has been shipped to you. If you cancel before the kit ships, your lab kit fee is refundable. To request a pre-ship cancellation, contact support within 24 hours of enrollment.

5. Situations Where a Refund May Be Issued

  • Service unavailable in your state. If, after enrollment, we determine we cannot serve you in your state of residence, you receive a full refund of any amounts charged.
  • Duplicate charges. If you are charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error, the duplicate charge is refunded promptly.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of initial enrollment and before any clinical review or shipment has begun: full refund.
  • Treatment not prescribed in first month. If a clinician completes review and determines TRT is not clinically appropriate, you may be eligible for a partial refund of your first month's subscription, minus a clinical review fee (currently $49). Request this within 30 days of enrollment.

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect, contact support@calibr.health within 30 days of the disputed charge. Please include your full name, account email, the charge date, and the reason for dispute. We aim to resolve all billing disputes within 5 business days.

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — we will work with you directly to resolve any billing issue.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 1–3 business days to post the credit to your statement.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email support@calibr.health with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your full name, account email, the charge in question, and the reason for the request. We respond to all refund requests within 1 business day.
