Available where the law allows.
Treatment availability varies by state and by medication. Eligibility is determined by state telemedicine, pharmacy, and controlled-substance regulations, and is confirmed by a licensed clinician during your consultation review.
Oral therapy — all 50 states + D.C.
Oral, non-controlled hormone therapy (where clinically appropriate) is available in all 50 states and Washington D.C. for patients age 18+. Eligibility is subject to clinician review of your intake and lab results.
Injectable therapy — select states
Injectable testosterone is a federally controlled substance and is offered only in states where state telemedicine and controlled-substance regulations permit prescribing through telehealth. Eligibility requires a patient age 25+, a complete lab panel, and clinician determination that injectable therapy is clinically appropriate.
All prescriptions are issued by licensed clinicians licensed in your state of residence. All medications are dispensed by state-licensed pharmacy partners. See our pharmacy partners for the dispensing network. State eligibility lists are subject to change as regulations evolve.
