Calibr Health partners with state-licensed compounding and dispensing pharmacies — each independently licensed, USP-797/795/800 compliant, and accredited. You are matched to a partner pharmacy based on your state of residence and prescribed medication.
Calibr Health does not own or operate a pharmacy. We coordinate prescription fulfillment through a network of licensed pharmacy partners. Each pharmacy below is independently state-licensed, follows USP <797>, <795>, and <800> compounding standards where applicable, and dispenses medication only when authorized by a prescription issued by a licensed clinician.
When your clinician issues a prescription, our platform routes it to the partner pharmacy best able to serve your state and the specific medication you are prescribed. You will be told which pharmacy is filling your order, and you may always contact them directly for medication questions.
